Hotel Puerta America, Madrid #1

The main reason for my recent trip to Madrid was to visit the newest design hotel in the city "Hotel Puerta America".
The hotel and its interior are designed by some of the biggest names in the design industry.
The first floor and my room were designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.
Pictures will follow in my future posts.

Rive Gauche, Paris. # 4

My favorite building in Paris (Usine de la Société Urbaine D'Air Comprimé (SUDAC)) are now part of Frédéric Borel’s, Paris Val-de-Seine Architecture School.
Originally the building was used for producing Compressed Air. It was build in 1890 and is (was) one of the most beautiful industrial relics in Paris.
I really don't like the new building by Frédéric Borel, which has been added to the old factory. If you ask me, it's a waste of space.

The "Citroën Showroom" on "La plus belle avenue du monde" (The Champs-Élysées) has finally opened its doors to the public.
This very impressing showroom is designed by 45 years old french architect "Manuelle Gautrand".
In Copenhagen a new Hotel project by Manuelle Gautrand is scheduled to begin construction later this year.
